The Iowa Board of Nursing alleges Chad Ryan Hoppe, 49, of Le Mars was working at the Floyd Valley Health Center in Le Mars in March 2025 when he was observed giving an injection to a patient to whom he was not assigned as a care provider.

PLYMOUTH COUNTY, Iowa (KTIV) - A Northwest Iowa man is facing over 20 charges after several children and animals were removed from a Siouxland property in 2025. The Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office says 53-year-old Rick Reifenrath of Le Mars, Iowa, has been arrested for child endangerment and animal neglect.
